Main Responsibilities:

  • Nominate and preparing contract for vessel chartering Coordination of cargo lifting with counter-party Ensuring smooth arrival of cargo

  • Preparing documentation for cargo loading and trade- related

  • Coordination with inter-department for financial and logistics arrangement

  • Negotiation and discussion for lifting plan

  • Understand and implementing the SOP of operation team

  • Maintain good communication and arrangement with buyer, seller and vessel company

  • Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to logistics, as needed

  • Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents)

  • Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by Trading Team and Operation supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, international business, law or supply chain/logistics Min. 5 years working experience in logistics company, preferably in oil and gas industry

  • Fluency with MS Office Software

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English

  • Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia or Thai languange are advantageous

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (negotiation skills and problem solving)

  • Can work under pressure and tight date-line

Main Responsibilities:

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Experience min 5 years as HSE in oil and gas industry
  • Experience on gas field development, operation and working practices
  • Experience on project based activities on oil and gas industry i.e: drilling, EPCI
  • Good knowledge on local and international HSE regulations/standards, HSE Management System, ISO/OHSAS, etc

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Banking/Commerce/Maritime Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Trade Finance or banking industry
  • Letters of Credit (LC) Knowledge (UCP 600) is compulsory and ISBP will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Structured Trade and Commodity Finance Middle Office role is desirable.
  • Good management, interpersonal, quantitative skills and meticulous
